Our Approach

Before we take you though our approach, here is a little courtesy education:

1. We don’t do skills development just for BBBEE compliance. No! We train for a different purpose, for True career development.

• Then we identify the current and possible future gaps in your ICT skills

• We show you how to move your staff from now to your 3 year strategic plan – they do say keeping your staff is easier and more cost-effective than replacing them.
• We give you milestones and time-based deliverables to work towards.

• Flexible Live, Instructor-Led sessions with real-world practicals
• By flexible what we me is that if your staff prefers to have their training after work, late in the evening, over the week, etc, we’ll do it.
